ah, but it is so important for life to just get a break! Thank god this is Mexico and lunch hours are a must. They encourage you to take lunch and if you are working too much they wonder about your workload or your capability to handle it within normal hours. You can stay late, you just can't skip lunch.

That's very true. I don't. I eat at my desk because anyone who took lunch got told off and was thought of as a slacker!
