If you ever find yourself in a strange town under siege from undead monsters outside the palisade, then the friendly neighbourhood tavern should always be your first port of call. After helping rebuild the damaged wall earlier, we were treated to a free meal on the house and fell intro conversation with a taciturn paladin called Minerva and a a rambunctious demon hunting duck called Victor. Neither of them seemed to like the other for some reason.
There was time to buy some supplies in the morning and check out the local undertaker who offered us a discount on escape proof coffins in the probable event of our demise. Lovely. We set off for the graveyard and probable source of the undead outbreak, fighting a bone snake on the way and sheltering in a hunter's lodge to allow us to recover before exploring further.
