Ah, that was just about perfect.
Two days of eating, drinking and making merry, reading books, playing video games and watching telly makes the perfect antidote to the chill of winter. Jamie has been killing mutants in the radioactive remains of Washington DC, Alicia has been listening to vinyl records that are considerably older than she is on her new turntable, Jan has been tweaking Ubuntu on her Dell Inspiron Mini and I've alternated between raising Piñatas in my garden by feeding them candy and shaking maracas in Samba de Amigo on the Wii.
A special vote of thanks to Jan for cooking the full, traditional spread yesterday, which left us all fully nommed out and with a fridge full of left overs to get to work on in the next couple of days. Yum.
Time now for a tot of spiced rum and perhaps another session on Viva Piñata ...
