The Blustery Day

Gosh, it's a bit wild out there at the moment. There are clear blue skies, glorious sunshine and for some unfathomable reason 50 mile an hour gusts of wind (according to the Sheffield Live Weather Data page). There are mini tornadoes of leaves swirling across the garden and the trees in the field are being blown hither and yon. I imagine that there will be some branches down in the woods when I go for my walk later on.

In other news, I've nailed the method for getting podcasts on to my phone. I download a bunch of mp3s using the bloglines rss feeds, join them together using the Nokia audiobook manager running in a Parallels VM and then send them to my phone using bluetooth. Piece of cake.
