... or rather we don't.
My lovely shiny little Wii had developed a fault, with some weird flickering lines appearing intermittently. I rang the service centre and they advised sending it off, so I reluctantly packaged it up and sent it off to Nintendo. Two days later a brand new replacement model landed on my door mat so all is wonderful with the world again. Hurrah for the Nintendo service department!
The only teensy problemette is that my friend code has changed, so if anyone has me on their list they'll need to change the code to 5016 5451 6923 5600 ...

So that's where all the Wiis are then...sat in Nintendo's service centre ready to be sent out as replacements!
I must say their customer service is top notch...they replaced K's DS with no questions when the screen went a bit funny.
I'll update your friend code...
What about all your virtual console games and Miis? Did they transfer those?
I backed up all of my Miis to the wiimote, and the things I'd downloaded just showed up in the shop channel to be downloaded again. I restored my save games from the sd card and all was back to normal a couple of minutes after unpacking it.
