Radio Free Europe

I felt, most unaccountably and uncharacteristically, a bit fed up last night.

It was a combination of tiredness from working late again, with stressful stuff to get done for stupidly tight deadlines, the complete and utter sluggification of my aforementioned courgette seedlings, the prospect of fuel bills going up by 40% this winter, and fi spending an hour downloading and installing the Spore Creature Creator only to find that it wouldn't run on my steam powered Macbook. Grumph.

Still, I tried it on the iMac where it proved to be most excellent in the brief twiddle I've had with it. I'll have to post a video of my pigosaurus rave dancing when I've figured out the interface to Youtube.

In other positive news, I set a new record of 1316 in super advance rhythm boxing on Wii Fit this morning, achieved a perfect balance result and then went running round the island with Conphie and a spookily realistic Meroveus who have both recently migrated their way onto my Wii.

My 1Gb micro SD card for my phone arrived as well, and it is mind boggling tiny. I am slightly awestruck at that much storage in something the size of the nail on my little finger. I've also found that the audiobook player is perfectly listenable to via the phone's internal speaker, meaning I can listen to something while I am having my breakfast and continue listening to the same thing via my car speakers when I am driving. Hurrah for technology!

You wrote "courgette" and I read "cigarette" both times. This strangely selective dyslexia gives me a nice image of fledgling cigarette plants sprouting in your garden, their little filters just beginning bud.
