It's a bank holiday weekend in the UK, which means that with traditional inevitability it is raining. Still, it is just a gentle soft rain and it's not too cold so walking in the woods with a carpet of bluebells in bloom providing a splash of colour was a joy.
It has also been a perfect excuse to play on GTA IV. The story is deep and engaging, the driving and shooting models are just about as good as they can be and the level of detail is quite staggering at times. The trademark sly humour is still on show with the 'Clucking Bell' restaurant offering the 'Little Cluckers' meal and the cyber cafe where you go to get your emails being called 'TW@'. The less said about the sign for 'Johnson's Wieners' and the logo for the bowling alley the better ... ;-)

I love the detail in this game - driving across the bridge at night and seeing the skyline, and the TV in the safehouse would be a couple of other noteables so far
